Inside a demonstration
Each standard session includes a 20-minute presentation or working demonstration, ten minutes of moderated questions, and a brief introduction and wrap-up.
One workflow.
Room for real questions.
The presenter shows what works today, explains the inputs and setup, and identifies the product’s current stage and supporting evidence.
Six questions every presenter should answer
Research prototypes, beta products and commercially available technologies will be identified by their current stage. Demonstration is not certification or endorsement.
Different perspectives. Better questions.
Whether you use technology, build it, question it or connect people to it, there is a way to contribute. These are invitations to participate; no audience group or organization is represented as confirmed.

Examine methods, outputs and the potential fit for your work.
Show a working technology and explain its current stage.
Contribute informed questions and scoped perspectives.
Explore useful programming for your community.

Start with your question
Comparing tools, struggling with a workflow or unsure what a technology could do for your team? Describe the problem through Medneed’s existing private Needs process.
Existing access requirements, plan eligibility and usage limits apply. A private need stays private; using it in event materials requires separate, specific permission. Do not include patient-identifying information, confidential records or unpublished research.

No. Demonstrations are opportunities to understand a technology and ask questions. They are not certification, clinical validation or a blanket recommendation. Presenters will be asked to explain the evidence and limitations of their claims.
Sponsorship and promotional relationships must be clearly disclosed. Editorial consideration, demonstration selection and separately scoped paid services remain distinct. Payment does not buy favorable evaluation, unsupported claims, an event slot or attendee contact details.
