Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Medneed handles subscription cancellation, refund requests, and Founding Practice Intensive payments. It is written in plain language and is meant to be transparent. By starting a plan or Intensive, you agree to these terms together with our Terms and Privacy policy.
Subscription cancellation (Essentials & Premium)
You can cancel your Essentials or Premium subscription at any time from the secure Stripe customer billing portal, which you can open from your Medneed dashboard. After cancellation, you keep access to your plan benefits through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Medneed does not automatically prorate or refund the remaining days of the current period.
Refund requests
Refund requests outside the standard cancellation flow are handled case by case. Reasonable examples include a duplicate charge, a clearly failed delivery, or a documented technical issue that prevented use of the platform. Refunds are not provided for general dissatisfaction once services have already been delivered, for unused portions of a billing period, or where a specific written guarantee does not apply. To request a review, contact us with your account email and the charge in question.
Founding Practice Intensive
Founding Practice Intensive engagements are application-based, scoped, and paid as a one-time fee through Stripe after written scope confirmation. Once delivery work has begun (kickoff scheduled, materials shared, or sessions held), Intensive fees are generally non-refundable. Rescheduling is supported with reasonable notice. If, before delivery work has begun, you decide not to proceed, contact us and we will work in good faith to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund where appropriate. After Intensive payment, you receive the configured follow-through access window (default 60 days) to Premium-equivalent member benefits. That access ends automatically and does not auto-renew or convert into a paid subscription.
Failed payments and plan access
If a recurring charge fails, your access may be reduced or paused until the payment is resolved through the Stripe billing portal. Plan-restricted areas, including team seats, request workflows, Signals, and Opportunities, may be disabled while the subscription is not in an active state.
No guaranteed outcomes
Medneed provides operational guidance, structured reviews, and curated educational resources only. We do not guarantee savings, revenue, grant awards, clinical outcomes, billing-compliance results, or any specific operational outcome. We do not provide medical, legal, or billing-compliance advice. Service quality varies based on the information you provide.
